You don’t need to subscribe or register to use the website or app but you do need to register an account in order to use the services provided by CoolDeals.
When you “Subscribe”, “Register” or download the app we will ask for some personal information including a valid email address. The information collected during this process is used to identify you on return visits and to enable us to provide you with the CoolDeals services.
This information remains confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. It will be retained in our database indefinitely, unless you ask us to remove it.
You can ask for your information to be removed by emailing us at admin@cooldeals.es.
If you want to continue to use our services, but don’t want to receive our marketing emails, you can log in to your account, go to My Account and un-check “Receive Deal Emails”. You can also unsubscribe from within any marketing emails we send you.
Bank Card information supplied during any purchases you make is handled directly by our payment provider via a securely encrypted connection. We don’t store any of this data and we can never view or access it.
There is an opt-in facility which allows us to remember your card details for future purchases. This can be invoked by selecting “Remember my details?” during the purchase process. This facility uses a securely encrypted token mechanism whereby your card information is translated into a single secure token which is stored in our system and can be used during future transactions. At no point are your full card details stored and these tokens can only be used within the CoolDeals website.
The website uses SSL encryption technology to ensure security and privacy of communication between your device and the Cooldeals server. Payments made via this website use 3D Secure technology and is handled by our payment provider. Cooldeals does not store and has no access to your card payment information.
